If you are an advertiser on ResortsandLodges.com chances are you have visited our Marketing Center. And if you haven’t, hopefully you do so soon!
Since there can be some questions about our Marketing Center – I have put together a few “Frequently Asked Questions” in this post to help you out!

#1. How do I get to the Marketing Center? You’ll find a link to the Marketing Center on the bottom right-hand corner of any page of ResortsandLodges.com under the heading “Clients.” Or just click this link for the Marketing Center!

#2. How do I get my login information? Please contact support at 1.866.757.8229 or your Sales Representative or Account Manager for your Marketing Center login information.

#3. Once I’m logged into the Marketing Center, where do I go? To view all of your products, simply click “Manage Products”.

#4. How do I edit my listing’s descriptions? Once you’re on the “Manage Products” page, find the “Action” column. Locate the row that shows your listing, and click “Modify.” Each row represents a different section of your listing. You can edit each one by clicking “Expand” on the section you choose. Be sure to hit “Save” after making any changes.

Please Note the standards below:

• Each section must remain within the maximum character counts for your listing.
• Must use complete sentences.
• Avoid long lists of activities, amenities, etc.
• No full words may be included in capital letters.
• Cannot include phone numbers or URLs in the copy.
• Must not be written in first person (our, we’re, etc.).

#5. How do I add a “Special” to my listing? You can add limited-time special offers to your listing the same way you edit your descriptions – once you’re on the “Manage Products” page under the “Action” column, locate the row that shows your listing, and click “Modify.” Choose the “Specials” row and add the content for your offer.

Please Note the standards below:
• Maximum character count: 150 characters.
• Must use complete sentences.
• No full words may be included in capital letters.
• No lists; Special must be one offer or message.
• Cannot include phone numbers or URLs in the copy – each listing uses its own unique tracking URL and phone number.
• Must not be written in first person (our, we’re, etc.).
